Eligibility
These are grant funds, which do not have to be repaid. To be eligible, you must be a resident of the 46th district who is pursuing a full- or part-time, accredited certificate- or degree-granting program at an institution in Maryland. (If you’re attending an out of state program, you might also be eligible under certain specific conditions.) DACA recipients can also apply!
Applications are accepted starting in January, and awards are announced on a rolling basis.
